Our Client Support team is here to address all service tickets, change requests, and support issues promptly and thoroughly. This team is comprised of skilled support engineers who staff PCS’s Client Support Center and field services engineers who provide on-site service, from repairs to new system installations.

Our Project Installation Team brings cutting-edge technology to classrooms, boardrooms, and other venues, revolutionizing how students and professionals engage with content. We’re making it easier for teachers and instructors to inspire, educate, and prepare students for the modern world. From installation to ongoing support, PCS ensures a seamless integration experience, providing reliable service at every step.
Financial Operations
Our Financial Operations team works with vendors, clients, logistics partners, and facility service providers to ensure all of our accounting, purchasing, shipping, and receiving processes are executed in a timely and professional manner. Working both directly with and indirectly for our clients, this team coordinates all of the details necessary to keep the PCS engine running smoothly.
Project Engineering
Our Technical Project Engineering team surveys, scopes, plans, and implements technical projects of all sizes. From a small Microsoft 365 migration to a multi-location enterprise replacing hundreds of network switches and wireless access points, these highly skilled, highly qualified engineers handle the project from start to finish, following our eight-point Proven Process.

Our Network Operations Center (NOC) team provides robust cybersecurity solutions and ensures your infrastructure is designed for reliability and maximum uptime.
