PCS EXPANDS REACH WITH PROMETHEAN
Personal Computer Systems, Inc. (PCS) announced today that they have been awarded a territory expansion by Promethean, Inc.
For the last 2 years, PCS has been the exclusive Promethean partner in East Tennessee. Because of the mutual success Promethean and PCS have enjoyed in that territory, Promethean has extended PCS’s reach into middle Tennessee.
“The Middle Tennessee territory is an important region for Promethean. Customers in that space require sophisticated technology from partners who understand its practical application,” states Debbie Yasenka, Vice President – Channels, Promethean. “PCS has driven steady growth in Promethean sales since they were first authorized to represent our products. The investments they have made in their Promethean support offerings underscore their pronounced commitment to Promethean and each of their customers. PCS has earned this expansion, and we are excited about their growth potential in Middle Tennessee.”
Of this expansion, Ed Waldroop, PCS CEO, said “Our team has worked diligently to represent Promethean professionally and with ultimate ownership. Our philosophy has always been that complete customer satisfaction is critical. To be honest, that’s why we partnered with Promethean in the first place. Their products represent the best in interactive technology, and they couple perfectly with PCS services.”
PCS has been superb to work with. We feel much more comfortable with the technology we are using with PCS behind us for support. Our representative, Dan, spent enough time with us to gain an understanding of our particular IT needs and we feel confident in his recommendations and guidance.
PCS is quick to respond to support issues, and all of their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Itis nice to know that PCS only recommends services and products that truly benefit second harvest. We trust PCS not to pull the wool over our eyes. With the support of PCS, we can stop worrying about our IT infrastructure and focus our attention on our mission of ending hunger in East Tennessee.
