Putting our systems through the rigorous WHQL testing process is a way for us to demonstrate that commitment and guarantee our customers a high-quality computer system every time they open that PCS box.”
PCS has been superb to work with. We feel much more comfortable with the technology we are using with PCS behind us for support. Our representative, Dan, spent enough time with us to gain an understanding of our particular IT needs and we feel confident in his recommendations and guidance.
PCS is quick to respond to support issues, and all of their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Itis nice to know that PCS only recommends services and products that truly benefit second harvest. We trust PCS not to pull the wool over our eyes. With the support of PCS, we can stop worrying about our IT infrastructure and focus our attention on our mission of ending hunger in East Tennessee.
