Marketing/ Grant Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Trade Shows: Assists Director of Sales in event planning and development of exhibits. Registration, travel arrangements, creates/prints collateral, orders all marketing materials, creates and maintains check off lists for each show, schedules/packs vehicles.
  • When Trade Show is complete, assures all items are returned. Follows up with thank you letters to attendees.
  • Keep logs and inventory of demo equipment. Send thank you letters when demos are complete.
  • Runs sales reports, updates and distributes departmental reports each Monday.
  • Takes lead in marketing campaign development and execution, maintaining a stable company image and message. Works with Account Managers to develop and execute cohesive marketing campaigns; promotes and tracks follow-up throughout campaign cycle; tracks effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Creates/maintains information on Digital Signage in PCS lobby.
  • Manages PCS training scheduling and online calendars.
  • Manages relationships with plaque and stationary providers.
  • Grants coordination: Serve pivotal role in customer engagements to be funded by grants. Coordinate and participate in all meetings and conversations between customers and grant writers. Develops and maintains relationships with vendors’ grant resources and salespersons.
  • Maintain daily information in CRM related to grant engagements and progress of each grant-funded opportunity.
  • Report monthly to Director of Sales as to progress of grant-funded opportunities and success expectations.
  • Other Sales and Marketing duties as assigned.


Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a TBI background check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Trade Show experience preferred.

Service Technician

Diagnose and repair PCS branded desktops on site and in house.

Diagnose and repair various branded desktops as needed.
Assemble distance learning mobile carts as needed.
Other duties may be assigned depending on skills and certifications.
Keep all repair tickets updated and current in Atrex and Support Suite.

Must be able to work second shift
